Conveniently situated near Interstate 35E and Interstate 20 with quick access to Methodist Charlton Medical Center and Dallas VA Medical Center, we make transitions from hospital to rehabilitation smooth and stress-free. We provide the support you need to restore your health and wellbeing. Along with compassionate skilled nursing, we offer short-term rehabilitation, long-term care, on-site physical, occupational, and speech therapy, and engaging therapeutic activities that keep residents active and connected.
